In this video I’m explaining how I prepared those parts for the painting process and applied the primer.
This is not a Painting process tutorial if you are not familiar with this process make sure you ask a professional or someone with experience, again this is under your own risk.
The parts come in injection frames like it’s showing on the picture so you have unattached all parts
But when you do that! the injections links comes off very high and it’s difficult for the final assembly because you’ll end up getting gaps between parts.
So in order to have a good finish product is better eliminate those flashs comes off from the injections links, I used a pen mark to identify it and be easier to see where those flashs are and if they were eliminated.
You can use a sandpaper but since I have the Dremel I decides to used it and even thought that step took me some times until I get it done.
Make sure you clean the parts before paint other wise the dusty or debris will be under the painting, I used alcohol isopropyl from the local store.
Primer it helps to bound the color on the plastic, so that step is really necessary to get better final results.
The cure time between layer can be 2 hours also if you need flip to paint on the other side. But to apply the color it’s better you wait more than 24 hours
